Where does the software run? Do you see my trades?

The software runs on your machine. Your broker API keys never leave your computer. We have no servers in the trade execution path, which means we literally cannot see your trades, your positions, or your P&L. You own your data, end to end.

Which brokers do you support?

Accepted Answer

Every major broker globally. In India: Zerodha, Dhan, Fyers, Angel One, Upstox, IIFL, 5paisa, Kotak, ICICI Direct. International: Interactive Brokers, Alpaca, TradeStation, MT4, MT5, cTrader. Crypto: Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase. If your broker has an API, we support it — and if a new one comes up, we add it within a week.

Can a trader copy trades to followers using your software?

No. Our copy trading software is for syncing trades across accounts you own or accounts you manage with explicit consent — your own multi-broker setup, family members, a small team. We do not support social trading, leader-follower models, or signal selling.

Question 4

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Copy trading is ₹500 per master account per month plus ₹500 per child account per month. The indicator engine is ₹999 per month. Backtesting is ₹1,500 per strategy report. Custom development is quoted per project — share your requirements and we send an estimate within 48 hours. No per-trade fees, no long-term contracts, cancel anytime.

Do you guarantee profits?

Absolutely not. We sell software, not trades. Past backtest results do not predict future performance. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Anyone guaranteeing profits in trading is, almost without exception, lying.

Can you build a non-trading system for my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build custom software for any domain — inventory management, CRMs, dashboards, internal tooling, automation pipelines, e-commerce backends, accounting integrations, anything. Trading is one vertical we serve, not the only one. Send us a brief and we'll send back an estimate.

Do you work with international clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support brokers worldwide and have built systems for clients across India, the US, UK, Singapore, the UAE, and Europe. Pricing in INR is shown by default, but custom builds are quoted in your local currency. Calls happen in your timezone.

How do I set up an algo with your software?

Three steps. One: book a free demo so we understand your strategy and broker. Two: we set up the software on your machine and walk you through configuration. Three: you run it, we provide support. End-to-end onboarding usually takes 2-3 days for standard products and 2-6 weeks for custom builds.

What programming languages do you build in?

Python is our default for trading systems because it has the strongest ecosystem (pandas, NumPy, broker SDKs). For business systems we use TypeScript and Next.js. We also work in Go, C++, and Rust when latency or performance demands it. We pick the right tool, not the trendy one.

Can I switch from another platform like MyAlgoMate, AlgoTest, or Tradetron?

Yes. We've migrated clients off all of those. Tell us what strategies you have running and we'll port them over, often within a week. The main benefit clients notice is the self-hosted setup — once you've owned your code and credentials, going back to a hosted platform feels like giving up control.
